Pilates has been on my mind and now seeing this i feel like it's a sign to go for it! I feel like i need the strength that Pilates would help me get. Loved this 👏👏

Sara, I found it humbling in the beginning, but over time the strength and coordination and flexibility I built up was more than worth it.

I’m sure the results make it all totally worthwhile! Thanks for your insights, Veronica, I actually just booked a class to give it a try… gotta start! :)

To paraphrase the Mandalorian, “Pilates is the way” We used to kill ourselves training hard but the mobility, strength, and ease we achieved after a year of Pilates is unmatched (or snatched as it were).

This was so inspiring! Did you look for any specific credentials when picking a trainer?

Veronica, this really hit. I love how you framed Pilates as rebuilding trust with your body, not chasing a look, and the knee honesty made me laugh and wince in recognition. Did you feel the mindset shift happen before the physical changes, or was it the other way around for you?

Absolutely. I started pilates after losing a lot of muscle mass while recovering from injuries. It really was a physical therapy and a workout in one bundle. It helped me so much to rebuild my body again

Where do you do Pilates? I’m looking for a good studio and private instruction.

I’ve been doing Pilate for a little over six months now. I have missed some classes but I can’t recommended more. I’m actually going to upgrade my membership to unlimited so I can commit to five days a week.
